Christa

Christa is our lovely 20 year old daughter. She is tall and slender, and many people say she is a lot like her mom! She is my organizer! She is the one who battles the heat or cold in the attic to straighten up and organize the mess that inevitably evolves up there, and she also is in charge of The Learning Parent storeroom- keeping it organized, and also packing many of the orders. Christa stays busy- all the time. She is in high demand as a babysitter. She has quite a few 'regulars' who keep her booked, including our Pastor's family who use her several days a week. Needless to say, she is excellent with children. She also has a servant's heart, and she uses that gift regularly. In this past year she has taken two solo trips to visit Rick's mom- aka Grannie- in Wichita Kansas to spend some one on one time with her and to help her out as well. In May and June, she went to the beach with Kate and Kevin (our daughter and son-in-law) and his family to help out with little Lauren. Immediately following that, she drove down to Florida with a friend, whose mom needed help moving. Finally, she's home again! Christa also spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews, doing special things with them and making them feel special. She is a beautiful young woman with a beautiful heart. She is such an important part of our family!
Here's some fun facts about Christa:
